Additionally, you will focus on achieving retention goals and identifying cross-sell opportunities to enhance client portfolios. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of personal insurance experience and strong communication skills. A Level 2 General Insurance License is considered an asset, along with relevant industry designations like CIP, CAIB, or CRM.
