You will handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and text to educate them on auto insurance needs. You will work within a team environment to service over 100,000 auto clients in the Greater Vancouver region. Candidates must hold a Level 1 General Insurance License and possess at least 6 months of insurance experience. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is required, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
