They act as the primary point of contact for flight crews and dispatch, managing AOG events and MEL/CDL deferrals. Candidates must hold a valid Transport Canada M2 AME license and possess 7-10+ years of aviation maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of CARs, OEM technical data, and experience with maintenance tracking systems like CAMP or Traxxall are required.
