As a Advisor, Talent Sourcing, you will play a key role in identifying, approaching, and proactively engaging candidates to support current and future needs. You will also contribute to enhancing our understanding of the talent market to help guide our recruitment strategies. What you will accomplish with us As a Sourcer, you will be at the core of our talent attraction strategy. Your main contributions will include: Identify top talent Conduct targeted searches to identify qualified candidates across various channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, specialized networks, etc.) Use advanced sourcing techniques to target profiles aligned with our needs Build talent pools to support current and future hiring needs Engage and connect with candidates Initiate contact with candidates, including passive talent Craft personalized and engaging outreach messages Quickly assess candidate interest and fit Contribute to recruitment effectiveness Work closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to fully understand hiring needs Present qualified and relevant candidate profiles Adjust sourcing strategies based on results and feedback Provide market intelligence Analyze labor market trends (talent availability, competition, job attractiveness) Identify key insights on target profiles (in-demand skills, available talent pools, candidate expectations) Help guide recruitment strategies by sharing field insights and sourcing data Optimize sourcing strategies Analyze sourcing performance and candidate quality Recommend improvements to increase job attractiveness Contribute to the evolution of tools, practices, and approaches (including the use of technology and AI) What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Is recognized for curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly identify talent Stands out for analytical skills and attention to detail Demonstrates initiative and strong proactivity Has an advanced level of French, as the role involves daily interactions with internal and external partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units, and candidates Shows a strong results orientation and collaborative mindset Profile Relevant education in human resources, administration, communications, marketing, artificial intelligence, or any related field in talent attraction, analysis, or engagement—or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, business development, or any role involving the identification and engagement of talent or clients Experience in environments using AI (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter AI features, Copilot, etc.) Experience with talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Indeed, etc.) The typical hiring range for this position in Ontario and British Columbia is between $60,000 and $110,000; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity. This position also offers an attractive incentive compensation program, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
