What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and compressor documentation Perform QC checks before units move to testing Support start-up and commissioning of ICE equipment Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns Participate in R&D and continuous improvement projects Travel occasionally for testing or warranty work What You Bring Red Seal or 1st Year Apprentice (asset - we will train) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with electrical/A/C systems Solid communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and clean abstract Willingness to work overtime or travel when needed Electrical or automation experience is an asset What We Offer Competitive wages based on trade certificate and experience 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage Paid vacation RRSP matching plan Training and education support Employee assistance program (EAP) Company events and free on-site parking Tool purchase support
