The operator monitors and maintains run-of-river hydroelectric facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable power generation. They perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot operating anomalies, and manage administrative documentation for site operations. Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience and hold a Red Seal certification as a Millwright or equivalent trade. The role requires the ability to work in a remote industrial environment, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in interpreting engineering documents.
