JOB DESCRIPTION Employment: 12-Month Contract Location: Mississauga, ON Rate: $65-$70 Per Hour The Controller will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring strong financial stewardship across the finance and accounting function. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit coordination, and internal controls. Working closely with the leadership team, the Controller will provide strategic financial guidance, deliver timely and accurate financial information, and drive improvements in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to support business decision-making and organizational growth. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience within finance / accounting CPA designation Must have full cycle experience including month end Resource management experience Ability to work cross functionally and directly with high level leadership NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Service industry experience ( law firms, professional services, marketing industry, Consumer Packaged Goods, etc) We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
