Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a large client. In this role, you will lead and oversee Building Automation projects, providing guidance and supervision to ensure they are delivered successfully. You’ll be responsible for tracking project progress, collaborating with other project managers, and applying your project management expertise alongside your knowledge of building automation systems (BAS/BAU) and financials. This position also involves overseeing both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Travel within the branch’s service area is required. This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Required Skills & Experience 3-5+ years of construction project experience Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle Strong financial management skills (forecasting, budgeting, margins, billing, SOVs) Understanding of labour loading and resource planning Experience managing subcontractors Client-facing and comfortable leading difficult conversations Assertive; able to push back when needed and protect Siemens' commercial interests Experience driving and managing change orders Ability to hold contractors and stakeholders accountable Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Vancouver region Nice to Have Skills & Experience Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) experience Building Automation (BAU) experience Controls experience HVAC controls experience Previous BAS/Controls Technician background Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Candidates must be client-facing, able to manage difficult conversations and hold stakeholders accountable, and have a valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Vancouver region; building automation, BAS/BMS, BAU, or controls experience is preferred.
