Bilingual in French and English Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite. The successful candidate will support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and ongoing process improvements across multiple sites. This role will act as a key resource for inventory reconciliation, SAP transaction management, cycle count oversight, audit support, and documentation of critical business processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor inventory reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and operations environments. Review SAP inventory transactions and investigate incomplete, outstanding, or incorrect transactions. Manage and monitor cycle count programs, ensuring physical inventory counts are triggered, completed, and reconciled appropriately. Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and work with warehouse teams to implement corrective actions. Run inventory and operational reports using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support inventory audits by identifying and resolving inventory records that may have fallen outside standard processes. Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position. This role is to fill an existing vacancy.
