Prompt Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with the Head of AI, business stakeholders, and conference leadership teams to engineer high-impact prompts, workflows, and AI assistants that enhance sales enablement, knowledge sharing, and attendee engagement at major sales conferences and events. The ideal candidate combines technical AI expertise with strong business acumen and understands how to translate commercial banking use cases into practical, scalable Copilot solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, test, and optimize Microsoft Copilot prompts for commercial banking and sales-focused use cases. Build prompt libraries, templates, and reusable AI workflows for conference attendees, presenters, and leadership teams. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Generative AI can improve productivity and engagement. Create AI-powered experiences that help users: Generate meeting summaries Prepare client presentations Develop account planning materials Create sales strategies and insights Access banking knowledge quickly Continuously evaluate prompt effectiveness and refine outputs for accuracy, consistency, and user adoption. Support live conference activities by providing AI expertise and troubleshooting prompt-related issues. Establish prompt engineering best practices, governance, and documentation. Collaborate with technology, data, risk, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE experience in AI, data, analytics, software engineering, or emerging technology roles. Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Azure OpenAI ChatGPT or similar LLM platforms Prompt engineering methodologies Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt design, and conversational AI. Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience within banking, financial services, or commercial banking environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, M365 ecosystem, and Azure AI services. Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and risk management frameworks. Experience supporting executive presentations, large-scale events, or sales conferences.
