Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a leading mining and agriculture organization on a 12-month contract opportunity (with extension) working remotely. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, technical resources, and operational support groups while driving multiple initiatives through the full project lifecycle. This is not a traditional documentation-focused Business Analyst role. The successful candidate will function as a hybrid Senior Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Lead, and Sustainment Transition Lead, helping teams translate project objectives into executable Agile workstreams while ensuring successful adoption and long-term support after project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, and is comfortable facilitating discussions across multiple stakeholder groups. They will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing future-state processes, building Jira workstreams, supporting Agile execution, coordinating project activities, and helping establish sustainable operating models as projects transition into production support. This individual will support multiple concurrent initiatives, including turnaround planning, maintenance and reliability programs, operational process improvements, and enterprise application initiatives. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Expert facilitation and presentation proficiencies combined with consensus-building talent Professional knowledge and experience in business analysis methodology, project execution and business process management Demonstrated critical thinking as well as problem solving skills Proficient experience in stakeholder engagement, stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy Time management skills Adaptable, resourceful, and interested in continuous improvement Self-starter who works well independently as well as with others Experience with all project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Extensive knowledge in requirement elicitation and business process workflows to document requirements Demonstrated success with business requirements analysis, and outlining business objectives Skilled in Testing: User Acceptance Testing; System Integration Testing; Regression Testing JIRA is required to manage a backlog NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Maintenance and Reliability program experience. Turnaround planning or plant shutdown experience. Mining, agriculture, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial experience. Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. Project Management experience. Primavera P6 exposure. Experience establishing sustainment, governance, or operational support practices. Experience with enterprise application implementations. Experience supporting operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives. SAP or enterprise operations systems experience. Compensation: $48/hr - $78/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
