Predictable commercial performance — Sales/BD and Marketing operating against clear targets, with the Director accountable for team performance, pipeline discipline and commercial systems. Scalable organizational capability — Finance, HR, HSE and business processes able to support growth without creating unnecessary complexity or executive bottlenecks. Strong leaders and ownership — functional leaders and their teams increasingly own decisions and results at the appropriate level, reducing dependency on the CEO and Directors.
