Cavendish Farms is looking for a SEASONAL Potato Harvest Laborers to join the Farm Team for a period of around 3-4 weeks, up to 10-14 hours per day. Expected start date is Mid September. The exact start date and period of work will be dependent on weather and business needs. Work location: 1030 Greeno Rd, Chapman Settlement, NS. Bonus: a bonus of up to $2.5 per hour is available upon completion of the season. It is based on performance, attendance, and safety. Founded in 1882, J.D. The potato harvest laborer will perform manual tasks related to the harvest process in close proximity to moving equipment. The role requires working extended hours, including weekends, to meet seasonal business needs.

Candidates must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50lbs regularly, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on safety and quality are essential.
