Our client, a fast-growing, venture-backed Series A fintech is looking for a BDR to join the team! What You'll Do Drive high-quality conversations and booked meetings for our sales team Prospect efficiently through a book of potential new business Reach brand owners and finance leaders through digital-first channels in ways that feel human, authentic, and helpful Field inbound interest and convert prospects who are "almost there" into booked meetings Test messaging in the market and share feedback on what's working and what isn't What We're Looking For 0–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, ideally in software or SaaS Excited about fintech and how technology can reshape how ecommerce brands bank and make financial decisions Highly disciplined and organized, with a structured approach to your day Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence: you build trust and real relationships quickly Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by hitting concrete targets Self-starter who thrives working closely with founders in a fast-moving startup CRM experience (HubSpot a plus, not required) Bonus: experience with ecommerce brands, founders, or early-stage startups

Requirements
