Our client, an early-stage marketplace startup helping Canadians manage their homes, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team! What You'll Do Be a key point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and support requests Own customer issues end-to-end and find solutions quickly Coordinate with customers, service providers, and the internal team to keep operations running smoothly Manage support tickets, billing questions, and payment issues Identify recurring problems and help improve processes as the company scales What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, support, or another customer-facing role Strong communication skills and a great phone presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail Calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented Comfortable taking ownership and working independently Curious, resourceful, and excited to learn in an early-stage startup CRM/helpdesk experience is a plus Why This Role Is Exciting Join an early-stage company where you'll have a real impact on how the business operates Work closely with leadership and have visibility across the business Help build processes from the ground up rather than inherit a fixed playbook Strong opportunity to grow into broader operations, customer experience, or marketplace leadership as the company scales

Requirements
Requires 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, support, or another customer-facing role, along with strong communication and phone skills. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, solutions-focused, comfortable taking ownership independently, and eager to learn; CRM or helpdesk experience is a plus.
