The role combines business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and implementation planning. You’ll work with leaders and internal and external stakeholders to understand impacts, manage risks, and build alignment around transformation initiatives. Success requires strong judgment, analytical thinking, influence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across people, processes, technology, and business operations. You’ll have the autonomy to manage complex assignments while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and continuously evolving workplace. This remote opportunity is well suited to a change professional who can turn complex challenges into structured, sustainable business solutions. \n Accountabilities Lead and support change management initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, ensuring desired business outcomes are achieved. Analyze the scope and impact of organizational changes across people, processes, technology, finances, risks, and other relevant areas. Break down complex business problems, analyze data and information, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders. Advise assigned business areas on change implementation, assessing complexity and impact to develop programs aligned with strategic objectives. Apply change management methodologies and project management practices to plan, organize, and execute initiatives of varying scale and complexity. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide context for change design, development, and implementation while maintaining alignment across impacted groups. Develop change solutions and recommendations based on business strategy, stakeholder needs, operational requirements, and organizational priorities. Create strategies that enable leaders to champion change and encourage stakeholder adoption and engagement. Develop and implement communication plans, including audience analysis, key messaging, communication channels, timing, and ownership. Identify resistance to change and develop targeted communication, training, and engagement plans to support adoption and long-term sustainability. Monitor change adoption, track outcomes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary while recognizing and communicating successes. Exercise sound judgment when identifying root causes and resolving complex issues, working independently within established guidelines. Apply a risk-aware approach to decision-making, ensuring activities align with applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and organizational risk standards. Take on broader responsibilities and assignments as required, supporting business priorities beyond the immediate scope of the role. Requirements Typically 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, combined with a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with business analysis methodologies, project delivery practices, and standards applicable throughout the project lifecycle. Strong technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholders. Advanced collaboration and teamwork capabilities, including the ability to build alignment across functions and organizational levels. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and develop practical recommendations. Strong influencing skills and the ability to gain support for change initiatives without relying solely on formal authority. Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and the ability to use insights to guide priorities and actions. Demonstrated ability to manage complex or unique situations independently and exercise sound professional judgment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively. Comfortable operating in environments involving ambiguity, organizational change, competing priorities, and evolving business requirements. A strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to make informed decisions within established policies and regulatory requirements.
