Zehnder Group North America is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our growing Ventilation business. In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, distributors, and manufacturer representatives to execute regional marketing initiatives that strengthen our brands, support customer engagement, and drive business growth across North America. Position Summary Reporting to the Ventilation Marketing Lead, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life across North America. You'll support Territory Managers, distributor partners, and manufacturer representatives through product launches, trade shows, customer events, channel marketing initiatives, and regional marketing programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, collaborating across functions, and representing a respected global brand in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities Channel Marketing & Territory Support Execute regional marketing initiatives alongside Territory Managers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives. Support campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and drive sales growth. Coordinate the deployment of marketing materials, promotional assets, and product launch tools. Serve as a key marketing contact for channel partners. Capture customer feedback and market insights to support future marketing initiatives. Product Launch & Marketing Programs Support the execution of product launches, including customer communications, training, events, and launch materials. Coordinate marketing activation activities with internal and external stakeholders. Track participation, campaign performance, and field feedback to support continuous improvement. Events & Customer Engagement Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, shipping, and on-site execution. Maintain trade show assets and promotional inventory. Represent the Zehnder and Lifebreath brands at industry events across North America. Capture event photos, videos, and customer success stories for future marketing activities. Marketing Operations Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collateral. Partner with internal teams, agencies, printers, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. Maintain marketing assets, promotional inventory, and customer-facing materials. Help ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards. Performance & Reporting Track and report on marketing programs, trade shows, customer events, and product launches. Provide field feedback to support future planning and budget decisions. Assist with CRM and marketing automation data related to field marketing initiatives. What Success Looks Like Successful execution of regional marketing programs and customer events. Strong support for Territory Managers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives. Timely deployment of marketing assets and promotional materials. Accurate reporting and meaningful field insights. Contributions to customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Qualifications Required University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Event Marketing, Sales Support, or a related commercial role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience coordinating trade shows, events, product launches, or customer training. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid passport and ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S. Preferred Experience working with distributors or manufacturer representatives. Experience in HVAC, building products, construction, engineering, or another technical B2B industry. Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and customer engagement programs. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Experience working with external agencies, printers, and marketing vendors. Why Join Zehnder?
