HR Generalist Aurora, ON (or surrounding area) $60,000 - $80,000 + Benefits 100% On-Site (5 Days in Office)

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Aurora area that is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role across the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing As the HR Generalist, you'll support a wide range of human resources functions, including: Managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters Processing payroll using ADP (a significant portion of the role) Administering employee benefits and responding to benefit-related inquiries Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Assisting managers with day-to-day HR issues and employee engagement initiatives Supporting other HR projects as required

What We're Looking For 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience including full cycle payroll Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required Strong employee relations experience Experience with recruitment and onboarding Hands on payroll processing experience using ADP Benefits administration experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
