Position Summary

We are seeking an HVAC Production Assembler (Assembly Technician) to join our Production team. This role plays a critical part in assembling and fabricating HVAC equipment components to meet high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on mechanical experience and a strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate HVAC equipment components

• Measure, cut, grind, and fit parts to specification

• Follow blueprints to build units (parts range from 5–50 lbs.)

• Safely operate hand and power tools

• Assist with detailing, crating, and preparing units for shipping Adhere to safety codes and company standards

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly

• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Safe lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs.)

• Experience using power tools (drill, grinder) Assets: First Aid, Forklift/ Crane certificates, tack welding skills

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm Friday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
