Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program from initiation to completion. Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. Monitor program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives. Manage dependencies between projects and ensure alignment with business priorities. Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and conflict resolution among stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in program or project management. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet).
