Role Overview
We are seeking a project management office assistant with vast experience in working with JIRA tool, including WBS Gantt chart add on that can manage large complex program plan scheduling and resource capacity management.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery Support Configure JIRA to support critical path analysis, scheduling, dependencies, milestones, and timelines. Enable cross-project and cross-team dependency tracking. Support PMs and program managers with planning, forecasting, and execution tracking. Translate delivery frameworks into scalable JIRA configurations.
Advanced Planning Tools & Add-Ons
Configure tools that extend JIRA to support capabilities similar to traditional project scheduling platforms (e.g., Gantt charts, roadmap planning, resource allocation, timeline views, scenario planning). Evaluate, recommend, and deploy add-ons that enhance JIRA functionality for enterprise planning needs. Ensure integrations between JIRA and planning extensions are stable, governed, and scalable. Ensure data integrity and consistent usage across multiple programs and teams.
SAP Transformation Program Support
Configure JIRA structures to support large transformation programs, including multi-workstream tracking. Enable dependency mapping across functional, technical, integration, and data migration tracks. Support planning and monitoring of milestones, releases, testing phases, and cutover activities. Provide visibility into risks, blockers, and cross-stream impacts for program leadership. Align JIRA configuration with transformation delivery methodologies and PMO standards.
Agile Delivery Enablement
Set up and manage Scrum and Kanban boards. Configure sprint planning, backlog management, estimation models, and velocity tracking. Implement metrics for burn-down, burn-up, throughput, and cycle time. Guide teams on best practices for Agile tracking and reporting.
JIRA Administration & Optimization
Configure and administer JIRA projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, and schemes. Design scalable structures for enterprise-level portfolio, program, and release tracking. Implement automation rules, custom fields, advanced configurations, and governance standards.
Dashboards, Reporting & Metrics
Design executive dashboards and program-level reporting views. Build real-time KPI dashboards for delivery performance and program health. Create advanced filters, JQL queries, and custom reporting solutions. Develop automated reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with project managers, product owners, QA teams, architects, and leadership to define tracking requirements. Train teams on JIRA usage, standards, workflows, and reporting practices. Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on JIRA configuration and administration experience. Strong English communication skills to work collaboratively with other project managers Proven experience supporting enterprise or large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrated expertise supporting project management functions (dependencies, critical path, scheduling). Strong experience managing Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban. Experience configuring JIRA for testing cycles, defect tracking, and QA reporting. Hands-on experience implementing and managing JIRA WBS Gantt Chart advanced planning and scheduling. Advanced JQL knowledge and dashboard/report creation. Experience configuring automation rules and workflow logic. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SAP transformation, ERP implementations, or enterprise platform rollouts. Experience working within PMO or program governance environments. Knowledge of portfolio management or scaled Agile frameworks. Experience integrating JIRA with enterprise tools, reporting platforms, or testing solutions. Certification in Agile, Project Management, QA, or Atlassian tools.

High adoption and satisfaction of JIRA across programs and teams. Clear visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality metrics. Accurate real-time reporting for program leadership. Effective tracking of transformation milestones and releases. Reduced manual reporting through automation and optimized workflows.
