The Opportunity

I am seeking Senior Accountant / Supervisor with strong assurance experience and foundational tax skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of audit, review, compilation, and basic tax work, and who wants to grow in a mid-sized firm environment where they can take on meaningful responsibility, work closely with partners, and develop their leadership capabilities.

You will lead files, review work prepared by junior staff, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients. This position offers excellent exposure, mentorship, and long-term career growth within a supportive and balanced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading and executing audit, review, and compilation engagements under ASPE Preparing and reviewing working papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation Preparing personal and corporate tax returns (T1/T2) Assisting with basic tax planning and advisory work Managing multiple client files and deadlines throughout the year Conducting walkthroughs, testing, and documentation for assurance engagements Identifying accounting issues and proposing practical solutions Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients and building strong relationships Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing work of junior staff

You Are a Great Fit If You…

Hold a CPA designation or are in the final stages of the CPA program Have 3–5 years of public practice experience Have hands-on experience with audit, review, and compilation engagements Are comfortable preparing and reviewing basic personal and corporate tax returns Enjoy a mix of assurance and tax work Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Enjoy mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment Prefer a mid-sized firm culture with strong partner access and real development opportunities Are comfortable working in a paperless, cloud-based environment
