We partner with clients across a wide range of industries, from Financial Services and Retail to Manufacturing, CPG, Healthcare, and Technology, helping organizations navigate complex transformation initiatives with practical, people-focused solutions.
What sets Bellwether apart is our highly collaborative approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are a fast-moving, relationship-driven firm that values flexibility, accountability, creativity, and strong execution.
About the Role
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Operations Manager to become a central part of our team. This role provides critical operational support to the firm, including internal operations, consultant coordination, finance administration, reporting, project tracking, documentation, and day-to-day business support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, and takes pride in bringing structure, follow-through, and professionalism to everything they do. This role works closely with Bellwether leadership and consultants across a variety of operational and business support activities.
What You’ll Do
Help Deliver an Exceptional Experience for Consultants and Clients You will be a key operational point of contact for Bellwether’s consultant network, supporting contracts, onboarding, invoice processing, information requests, and recurring month-end processes. This will require you to follow detailed processes at month-end to ensure their invoices are reconciled and bills set up accurately in our bookkeeping system, ensure expenses are properly documented and tracked, and then be creative and flexible when they come to you with ad hoc problems.
Support Better Decision-Making for Leadership
The Bellwether leaders in Sales, Operations and Finance will rely on you to provide support through a variety of administrative and problem-solving tasks. You will do this by extracting, organizing, and reconciling data across multiple systems and platforms, generating operational reports, forecasts, and project tracking updates. As you do this, you will recommend improvements to our internal workflows, processes, and procedures and document these.
Help Keep the Business Running Smoothly
You will perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep the business running efficiently. This will include maintaining CRM records including contacts and accounts, preparing reports, and owning recurring operational and communication processes across the firm. Occasionally you will be asked to support scheduling or coordinate logistics and administrative activities across the business. From time to time, you may need to format and prepare proposals, presentations, client-facing documents, and internal materials.
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who enjoys bringing order, structure, and follow-through to a growing business. You are proactive, resourceful, and naturally take ownership of your work. You anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help keep things moving.
You are curious and eager to learn, with a practical mindset and a genuine interest in improving how teams operate and deliver value. You are comfortable working across technology, operations, and people-focused activities, and you enjoy finding better ways to organize information, support decisions, and improve day-to-day workflows.
You are equally comfortable managing details, working across systems, supporting people, and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. You understand that behind every strong client experience is strong operational execution, and you take pride in being part of the team that makes that possible.
In addition, you
