Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is a plus.
