What you will be doing:

Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner

Provide detailed information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel services

Accurately input, modify, and manage reservations in the Property Management System (e.g., Opera Cloud)

Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel offerings

Maintain a strong understanding of hotel availability, promotions, and policies

Ensure all guest preferences, special requests, and VIP notes are properly documented and communicated

Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Monitor reservation accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards

Handle cancellations, changes, and billing inquiries with professionalism and care

Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Opera Cloud or similar reservation systems is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
