What We're Looking F

or:10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering commercial and institutional projects within a General Contractor environme nt.Proven success managing large-scale Design-Build, Construction Management, and Stipulated Sum projects from pre-construction to completi on.Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneous ly.Advanced expertise in project financials, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engageme nt.Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; proficiency with Procore and MS Project, with PMP, Gold Seal, or similar certifications considered an ass
