Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role is essential in maintaining efficient administrative workflows, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our organization.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Support scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred;
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for handling phone
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents and correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to manage filing systems and maintain confidentiality
- LLQP Certification a plus
