About the role
Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient day-to-day program operations. This role assists with client intake, scheduling, record management, communications, and general office administration while supporting staff and clients throughout the service process. Some duties may include: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming inquiries. Provide information about programs, services, and community resources. Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. Support client intake, eligibility screening, and follow-up activities. Prepare, update, and distribute administrative documents and materials. Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and general office administration. Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and reception areas. Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects as required. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Requirements Post-Secondary Education in Office Admin/ Business or related field 1+ Years of experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role Strong Organizational Skills Clear written and verbal communication skills
