About the role
Scope of Position
Our Property Management Coordinator along with our team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 65 properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing maintenance and financial tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met. Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Develop solutions to building and tenant problems. Work with internal property management software to track and document work orders. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
Qualifications & Experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities. Knowledge or experience with property management software and MS Office Suite would be considered an asset. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on tenant satisfaction. Working knowledge of building and maintenance systems along with construction practices.
Salary
$40,000-$60,000 – based on experience
