Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inventory management and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate catering requirements for meetings and events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales and prepare daily reports.
- Verify receipts and cash register records.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards in dining areas.
- Train team members on procedures and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for event management.
- Maintain up-to-date food safety certifications.
- Perform various related administrative duties.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in food services, hospitality, catering, or event management.
- Supervisory experience (an asset).
- Food safety and sanitation certification.
- Alcohol service certification when required.
