WHAT ARE THE EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS?
- Schedule: Between 0 and 40 hours of variable day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Contracts :
- 12-MONTH CONTRACT: Through April 24, 2027
- Status: Unionized, casual
- Salary: $26.09 (Class 5)
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE ON THE LOGISTICS TEAM?
- You’ll support clients in preparing their activities by providing advice, information, and technical assistance.
- You’ll coordinate effectively with all involved departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
- You’ll ensure the availability and proper management of equipment and resources required for activities.
- You’ll monitor assigned inventories and ensure proper use and storage.
- You’ll maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to the Corporation’s quality standards.
- Prepare the signage and write the event report.
WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education: High school diploma completed
- Experience: 1 year of experience in activity coordination; experience coordinating events on a public or tourist site is an asset
- Technical Knowledge: Related to event organization (an asset)
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, successful completion of potential assessment (scenario-based)
- Language: Advanced English (Level 3)
- Skills: Autonomy, sound judgment, resourcefulness, diplomacy, collaboration, stress management, planning and organizational skills, active listening and feedback
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
