Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a respected architecture and design firm to hire a Senior Architectural Technologist. Known for delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors, this firm offers a collaborative environment and a strong pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit Lead project documentation through all phases of project delivery Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams Apply strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods Conduct code reviews and ensure regulatory compliance Support construction administration, including RFIs and site reviews Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Work independently while managing project deliverables and deadlines
What You Need to Succeed
8+ years of Architectural Technologist experience Advanced Revit proficiency (required) Experience across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and building codes Proven ability to produce and coordinate construction documents independently Experience working with multidisciplinary consultant teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
