Bobcat Account Representative

Full-Time, Permanent Base Salary + Truck Allowance + Uncapped Commission Mon to Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm (plus four to six half-day Sat per year)

Earthworks Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Bobcat Account Representative to join our Bobcat sales team! We're looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Sales Representative to take over an established customer portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on existing relationships while growing your territory and representing industry-leading equipment with strong support from our Parts and Service teams.

What You'll Do

Sell Bobcat compact equipment, attachments, warranties, and related solutions Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Visit customer sites to understand their needs and recommend equipment solutions Deliver exceptional after-sales support Prepare quotes, complete sales documentation, and maintain customer information in our CRM

What We're Looking For

Proven success in professional sales Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience in construction, agriculture, equipment, or a related industry is an asset Comfortable using CRM systems and other business software Post-secondary education or equivalent sales experience Ability to travel within the territory Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract are required
