About the role
Overview Epsilon’s Analytic Consulting (AC) practice, part of the Analytics Services team, is seeking a Senior Director of Analytic Consulting to partner with clients in shaping a clear, forward-looking vision for data and analytics aligned to their marketing objectives. This leader will drive execution of that vision through the development of innovative, actionable analytic solutions that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Science and AI teams, as well as Strategy and Client Services, to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytic and AI-driven solutions for marketers. You will lead consultative client engagements, ensuring clear communication, strong partnership, and the successful adoption of Epsilon’s analytic capabilities across a portfolio of clients. This role requires a highly collaborative, data-driven, client-first leader who can guide marketers through complex analytic decisions and consistently identify the right approach based on business objectives, timelines, and budget. The Senior Director will be accountable for driving measurable outcomes and ensuring clients fully realize the value of Epsilon’s advanced analytics solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the primary client-facing lead for Analytic Services across relationships of moderate to large scope Partner cross-functionally to deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions that improve marketing effectiveness across paid and owned channels Provide pragmatic thought leadership on analytic strategies and methodologies to both clients and internal teams Lead onshore and offshore analytic consulting and data science teams in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions to address client marketing challenges Translate complex methodologies including modeling, experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference), and measurement into clear, client-friendly insights and guidance Develop and communicate actionable insights, recommendations, and quantifiable business impact to clients and collaborators Author project requirements, analytic plans, statements of work (SOWs), timelines, and deliverables to support successful execution Present analytic outputs and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and business-focused manner Contribute to the evolution of analytic offerings, including new solution development and internal practice standards Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture through strong leadership and influence Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, with strong preference for marketing analytics experience Proven ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Strategy, Technology, Data) to deliver integrated analytic solutions Experience developing analytics roadmaps and defining strategic vision and priorities for delivery teams Deep experience with large-scale analytics platforms, predictive modeling, segmentation, and campaign performance measurement Demonstrated track record delivering diverse analytic solutions to internal and external partners Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and resources concurrently Experience influencing business strategy through advanced statistical methods and data-driven insights Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into effective analytic solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships Skilled in data visualization and executive-level storytelling to communicate the value of analytics to senior stakeholders Highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement Strong understanding of digital measurement frameworks, reporting tools, and media measurement methodologies Familiarity with the MarTech and AdTech landscape, and how analytics drives value realization from these platforms Experience with designing and delivering marketing measurement solutions (e.g., closed-loop measurement, multi-touch attribution) Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice. Base Salary: CA$127,200.00 - CA$236,200.00 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
