We’re seeking an experienced Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of sophisticated corporate and client-facing events from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with precision and enjoys delivering elevated experiences in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background managing refined, high-touch events and will be confident owning every stage of the event lifecycle — from strategy and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
What You’ll Be Doing Plan, manage, and execute a wide range of corporate, executive, client-facing, and bespoke events Own events end-to-end including: o Event strategy and planning o Venue sourcing o Vendor management o Budget tracking o Guest experience o Run-of-show development o On-site coordination o Post-event reporting and evaluation Deliver polished, high-caliber experiences that reflect professionalism, attention to detail, and premium execution Coordinate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery Manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and communication Support branded experiences including executive dinners, networking receptions, conferences, launches, retreats, VIP experiences, and thought leadership events Anticipate challenges proactively and troubleshoot effectively in real time Ensure all event materials, communications, and experiences align with brand standards and audience expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and production partners What We’re Looking For 3–10 years of progressive corporate event management experience Background managing refined corporate, luxury, professional services, hospitality, agency, or high-end client events Proven experience independently owning events from concept through execution Strong understanding of event operations, logistics, guest experience, and vendor management Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality experiences under pressure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional presence with a client-service mindset Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Experience managing executive-level or VIP events is considered a strong asset

Expected Compensation: CAD $ 85,000 - 110,000 Existing Position Vacancy: Yes
