About the role
Our client, a leader in corporate design, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Strategy Lead to help shape and evolve large-scale workplace portfolios. This strategic leadership role connects business objectives, workplace strategy, design, and real estate decisions to deliver measurable outcomes across complex, multi-site programs. As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will develop portfolio strategies, governance frameworks, and standards that drive consistency, innovation, and long-term value while leading business development and account growth initiatives.
Perks & Benefits: Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home Monday to Friday schedule Generous base salary of $105,000 - $120,000 Generous PTO and benefits package Professional Development opportunities Opportunity to work with highly creative coworkers What You Will Be Doing:Lead the development of workplace portfolio strategies, governance models, and stewardship frameworks. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and guide portfolio-level decision-making. Facilitate portfolio reviews and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and measure success. Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy with project delivery and business objectives. Support business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, presentations, and account growth. Mentor team members and contribute to the development of portfolio strategy methodologies and best practices. Who You Are: 7+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, portfolio management, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex, multi-site portfolio programs. Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in business development and growing client relationships. Experience developing governance frameworks, standards, and strategic playbooks. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
