Realstar Hospitality is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join its team as a Regional Director of Franchise Development focussed on growing its brands in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Franchise Development to join our team, focusing on the Western Canada regions primarily Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hotel sales and development, with a knack for building lasting relationships in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for franchise growth and development in the west.
- Actively seek out and identify new franchise opportunities, demonstrating a 'hunter' mindset.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Provide expert advice and support to franchisees to ensure their success and alignment with Realstar Hospitality's standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of new franchises.
- Represent Realstar Hospitality at industry events, showcasing our brand and values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, franchise development, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Independent and driven, with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Positive disposition and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Drivers license and a car.
