The personal lines division was established over two years ago and is now expanding its VIP Team, catering exclusively to high-net-worth clients, including business executives and company presidents. Specializing in trucking (18-wheelers) and high-value insurance policies, our VIP service provides a single point of contact for all insurance needs—homes, boats, and vehicles. About The Role We are seeking a service-oriented, bilingual (English/French) insurance broker to join our growing VIP Team. This role is designed for an individual who excels in customer service rather than traditional high-pressure sales. While strong sales skills are welcome, exceptional service and client management are the top priority. Our clients expect a seamless, high-quality experience, and we need someone who can deliver premium customer care. Key Responsibilities Act as a dedicated point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring personalized and efficient service. Manage insurance policies for homes, vehicles, boats, and commercial assets. Provide expert guidance, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service delivery. Handle referrals—no cold calling required. Work autonomously without micromanagement; expected to take ownership of tasks and deliver results. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual (English 60% / French 40%) – fluency in both languages is essential. 2-3 years of experience as an insurance broker (VIP service experience is an asset). Strong customer service skills, with the ability to cater to high-net-worth individuals. Ability to work independently—training time is limited, so self-sufficiency is key. Experience with the following platforms preferred: Go Brio / Contact AP (Intact) Guichet L’Unique Applied (Tarifexpert) Assurance Bateau (April/Pacific Marine) – an asset but can be learned quickly Orbite – an asset Compensation & Perks Base salary – depending on your experience as a broker.  Commission: 15% on new business (significant growth opportunities). Bonus Structure: Currently unstructured but open to discussion based on performance. No Cold Calls: Clients are referred through commercial and call center channels. Work-Life Balance: 35-hour workweek with flexible scheduling (5 days every two weeks can be adjusted). Company Culture: No micromanagement—just deliver results, and you will be valued accordingly. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) WFH: 5 days in office only every 2 weeks, you make your schedule.
