We’re currently inviting interest for upcoming seasonal positions Coast to Coast, with hiring throughout late August to October, depending on location. We’re hiring for temporary roles, including: * Tire Technicians * Front Counter Representatives * Shipper Receivers * General Labourers These part-time or full-time seasonal positions may lead to permanent roles. Responsibilities * Assist customers with product and service needs, provide accurate quotes, handle pricing inquiries, and process sales while delivering a positive experience. * Develop strong knowledge of Kal Tire’s products and services, convert leads into sales, and support meeting overall sales targets. * Manage calls, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires * Safely operate tire service equipment and tools * Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times * Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule Requirements * Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred * Valid driver’s license * Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and reliability * Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competetive hourly wage * Hands-on training to build confidence and practical skills * A supportive, safety-focused team environment * Opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry Hiring Process Find a Kal Tire Location Near you: https://www.kaltire.com/en/locations/ [https://www.kaltire.com/en/locations/] Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and may be invited for a guided tour of the store and service area.
