Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant | Remote - Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia This role combines SaaS implementation, technical solution design and customer consulting. You'll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions and deliver successful implementations from discovery through to go-live. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, from discovery through configuration, deployment and go-live. Run customer workshops, gather requirements and design tailored software solutions. Configure workflows, troubleshoot technical issues and support integrations. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, explaining product capabilities and recommending solutions. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering. Improve implementation processes, documentation and delivery standards. What we're looking for 6+ years of SaaS or software implementation experience. Strong experience in solution design, configuration, workflows and integrations. Confident leading customer discovery and technical discussions. Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with product demonstrations, pre-sales consulting or QA is advantageous.
