Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant | Remote Canada We're partnering with a profitable and growing global SaaS company looking to hire a Senior / Principal Implementation Consultant to join its customer-facing team. The role sits at the intersection of implementation, customer success and technical consulting, with a strong focus on customer relationships, process optimisation and delivering long-term value. What you'll be doing: Leading complex, end-to-end customer implementations, taking ownership from discovery through to go-live and beyond. Acting as a senior point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle. Leading requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design to deliver tailored customer solutions. Configuring platforms and designing workflows to align with customer business requirements. Managing implementation risks, timelines, stakeholder expectations and project delivery. Driving customer adoption, ensuring clients maximise the value of the platform. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes. Requirements: 6+ years of experience within SaaS or software implementation, with experience operating at a senior or principal level. Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end software implementations. Strong technical understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations. Experience managing senior stakeholders and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to lead customer engagements independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of delivery. Requirements

Requires at least six years of SaaS or software implementation experience, including leadership of complex, end-to-end implementations at a senior or principal level. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of configuration, workflows, and integrations, along with customer relationship, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
