Job Title: Angular Developer Location: Mississauga Ontario L5R 0B8 (Initial 4-6 Months remote and moving ahead onsite) Duration: 6+ months contract to hire Job Description: Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Angular applications Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., design to code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies Adhere to Citi’s secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements Support releases and troubleshoot front-end issues in production environments Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 4–7 years of front-end or web development experience Strong expertise in Angular (v10+) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS Experience working with Figma or similar design tools Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or other regulated industries Understanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows) Collaboration experience with globally distributed engineering and design teams

Requirements
Requires 4–7 years of front-end or web development experience, strong Angular v10+ expertise, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with experience using design tools, Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methods, is required; financial services and web security experience are preferred.
