Kids & Company is looking for compassionate, dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 2 or 3) to join our team at our Marda Loop location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. * Plan and implement an emergent curriculum that supports children's development. * Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural well-being. * Complete attendance tracking and health and safety checks. * Collaborate with professionals including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as required. * Assist children with transitions into and out of classrooms. * Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills when working with children, families, and colleagues. * Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and classroom operations. * Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. * Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. QUALIFICATIONS * Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification. * Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain). * Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B Certification. * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.
