Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites. Valid Driver s License. Ability to communicate and take direction. Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively. Ability to work cooperatively with others in an outdoor environment. Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities. Ability to recognize, communicate, and eliminate hazards. Experience Requirements Must have experience working in/around heavy equipment outdoors. Preferred experience in civil construction, landscaping and road work. Knowledge of how to read drawings. Must have experience with hand tools, jumping jacks, and diesel plates. Responsibilities Works as a team with all types of hand tools. Inspects and maintains the equipment if/when operated. Performs other tasks as needed. Complies with the Company Safety Program. Organization of job awareness and methods. Communication of any discrepancy. Ability to plan ahead. Cognitively aware of job tasks and planning. Schedule Monday to Friday. Overtime. Ability to work 10-14hours a day.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience working outdoors around heavy equipment, with experience in civil construction, landscaping, or road work preferred; familiarity with drawings, hand tools, jumping jacks, and diesel plates is also required. They need a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, the ability to travel to job sites, communicate and follow directions, work cooperatively outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and perform physically demanding work and regular overtime.
