To get a taste of the work environment at Kontron Canada, watch the following video in French: https://youtu.be/YQQIQ_8R_yo An Overview Of The Challenges Ahead Perform tasks related to accounts payable: Compile delivery slips and invoices; Verify the quantities and prices listed on invoices; Code invoices and enter them into the computer system; Extract expense reports from the Nexonia software; Reconcile credit card statements; Issue checks and perform the necessary follow-ups. Participate in the monthly closing and controls related to accounts payable: Record accrued expenses and make final journal entries; Track and verify receipts and invoices; Prepare various reports. Assist the manager in preparing the audit file related to accounts payable Answer incoming calls as needed Perform All Other Related Tasks YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE: Education: College or vocational diploma in administration; Experience: 0 to 2 years; Knowledge: Intermediate Excel; Asset: SAP; Profile: Curiosity and a willingness to learn, ambition, organizational skills, independence, a positive attitude, reliability, openness to change, and a team player. Requirements
