A Day in the Life You will drive commercial growth and brand activation for Matrix and Biolage across Canada, translating data-led market insights into business impact. Reporting to the Commercial Lead, you will collaborate closely with sales, education, and marketing teams to elevate our salon partners. Data Intelligence: Analyse client sell-out data across retail and salon channels to identify emerging hair trends, optimise assortments, and deliver monthly risk-mitigation reports. Retail Activation & Tooling: Build predictive forecasting models and execute tailored go-to-market strategies with cross-functional partners to maximise commercial return on investment. Omnichannel Integration: Coordinate cohesive online and offline (O+O) touchpoints, ensuring seamless brand presence across distributor portals and salon networks. We Are Looking For You bring an analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable commercial strategies. You bring: Data Analytics & Visualisation: Practical mastery of advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to turn raw figures into clear dashboards. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage forecasting models, assess market trends, and partner with sales teams to drive sell-out. Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to align commercial, marketing, and supply chain partners around shared launch timelines. Consumer & Market Insight: Curiosity for professional haircare trends and a solid understanding of omni-channel retail journeys.
