Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calling, trade shows, and industry events, while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Manage client records and requirements, prepare quotations, provide after-sales support, analyze sales performance, report on activities, and meet sales targets.

Prepare laboratory test setups and conduct product testing according to applicable regulatory standards, test plans, and laboratory procedures. Record and maintain test data and documentation, coordinate testing activities, support equipment readiness and process improvements, and communicate progress or technical issues to laboratory leadership.

Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, Accounting, and Certification, including reception, record maintenance, scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry. Support employee onboarding, office supplies and organization, shipments, workplace safety activities, and communication across departments.

Coordinate certification projects, maintain databases and project records, and organize documentation across departments and locations. Support invoicing, scheduling, client inquiries, reporting, and the Certification team’s administrative needs.

Coordinate and conduct special inspections of electrical products, observe safety requirements, and compile inspection findings and test data into reports. Evaluate results, report deviations, follow up on corrective actions, and address client questions and concerns.
