Role: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Location: MONTREAL, QUEBEC Hybrid: 3 days a week in office Duration: 6+ Months Required: Face-2-Face interview Pay Rate: C$50-60/hr. on INC Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and external APIs. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Power Platform applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements. Implement security, governance, and compliance standards across Power Platform solutions. Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and deployment activities. Create technical documentation and provide production support. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong expertise in: o Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) o Power Automate o Power BI o Dataverse Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Azure Functions. Experience implementing role-based security and governance within Power Platform. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE. Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Virtual Agents. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience with Microsoft technologies and three or more years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Candidates should also have Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience, knowledge of APIs and programming technologies such as JavaScript, C#, and .NET, and strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
