Role Description The Field Marketing Representative engages with homeowners in local neighborhoods to promote LeafFilter Gutter Protection and generate qualified leads. Daily activities include presenting product benefits, collecting customer information, and scheduling in-home product demonstrations or inspections. The role collaborates closely with local sales teams, follows brand guidelines, and maintains accurate records of interactions and leads. Success in this role requires a professional presence, consistent follow-up, and the ability to represent LeafFilter’s values and service standards in the community. Qualifications Strong field marketing skills, including event-based outreach, local brand promotion, and lead generation. Ability to build relationships, engage diverse audiences, and establish trust with potential customers. Excellent communication skills for clear, persuasive, and professional interactions in person and by phone. Customer service and sales abilities to address questions, handle objections, and convert interest into appointments. Reliable transportation and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Prior experience in home improvement, retail, or face-to-face marketing is an asset. Comfort working in an on-site, community-facing role with clear performance and lead-generation targets. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
