Position Summary Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment Responsibilities You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions: Apply and promote safety standards Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams Participate in the continuous improvement of processes Requirements We are looking for someone who can: Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens) Make quick decisions, even under pressure Provide practical, concrete solutions Demonstrate strong communication skills Exhibit collaborative leadership Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Must be willing to work night shifts on a 12 hour shift three days per week. Salary Starting wage of $22.77/hour, increasing up to $32.04/hour depending on experience and shift. Why join Leclerc?
